Previous Council Consideration
Ordinary Meeting Minutes, 18 April 2019, Item 1, Page 9
That Council note the report by the Procurement & Contracts Advisor to the Services &
Organisation Committee Meeting dated 9 April 2019 and adopt:
A.      The Sole Supplier List provided at Attachment 1, for the next twelve (12) months; and
B.      The Specialised Supplier List provided at Attachment 2, for the next twelve (12) months.

Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the CEO utilised powers granted at
Council’s March 2020 Ordinary Meeting and approved the current Sole and Specialised Supplier
Lists be extended for an additional six (6) months, to October 2020.

Finance
Nil.

Risks & Opportunities
There is risk associated with not having these lists available to Council for the engagement of
sole/specialised services in a timely manner. Additionally, the ongoing availability of these lists by
resolution (amended annually), reduces Council’s risk of breaching regulations relating to the
establishment of medium and large sized contracts.
