         Furthermore, review of Noosa Shire Council’s 2019 Draft Planning Scheme Policy Coastal Hazards
         mapping indicates the subject site is located within an area subject to Sea Level Rise HAT
         inundation and Stormtide inundation 1% AEP events. Refer to Appendix G for Council flood
         mapping plots regarding extents of the above-mentioned inundation events.


         In response to Council’s information request, ADG note the proposed cabin lodge’s will be
         suspended structures along with the walkways and carpark. The minimum habitable floor level for
         the suspended cabins is RL3.4m AHD. Appendix G which illustrates the council flood mapping,
         plots this defined flood event (DFE) extents at approx. RL2.4m AHD. Give the finished floor level
         (FFL) is at minimum RL3.4m AHD, there is a minimum of 1.0m between the assumed DFE and FFL.
