         The existing contours, surface levels and the location of the existing buildings are identified on the
         survey plan drawing as attached in Appendix A of this report.




 3       FLOODING
 3.1     Flooding Considerations
         Review of Councils interactive flood hazard overlay mapping has identified the subject site is located
         within an area subject to flooding as can be seen in Figure 3. Any habitable buildings are to ensure
         they are suspended above the existing surface with allowance for freeboard flood immunity reflective
         of the nominated Council defined flood level.
