Activation
The above activities will be explored and actioned through the establishment of an MOU Working
Group.
The Working Group will consist of three representatives from each of USC and NSC, and be
coordinated through:
s The Office of Engagement - USC
° Economic Development — NSC
The Working Group will identify and agree priority projects of mutual benefit and seek approval
within their respective organisations for endorsement by the Management Committee by the 30°"
June annually for the life of this MOU; and report annually on progress and outcomes to the
Management Committee and within the own organisations {as required).
The Working Group are authorised to co-opt other members from across their organisation on an as
needs basis to:
° identify and determine projects; and
° develop agreed project implementation plans including budgets, stages, clear outcomes,
milestones and KPI's.
