7.1.3        DEHP – Biodiversity and Conservation Values
The Department of Environmental and Heritage Protection (DEHP) Biodiversity and Conservation Values on-
line report provides an assessment of selected matters (relevant ecological and biodiversity mapping) of
interest relevant to a specific location or Area of Interest (AOI) with a 2 km radius. The full report is
presented in Appendix D.
The report identifies:

ƒ    The presence of 0.2 ha of Of Concern Reginal Ecosystem (RE) within the area of interest

ƒ    0.2 ha considered to contain State habitat for EVNT taxa

ƒ    The southern portion of Lot 3 on SP246584 is mapped as containing Palustrine wetlands, however the
     proposed development site is approximately 500 m from the mapped wetland area of the allotment

ƒ    The Site is mapped as part of a State corridor
