The applicant has sought advice from industry professionals in real estate and accessible housing
advocacy groups, to develop the proposal to deliver silver and platinum performance levels within the
proposal. The 8 units proposed will align with the key design elements achieving Gold Performance
Levels in accordance with the Liveable Housing Design criteria set out in the Liveable Housing Design
Guidelines as shown below.
