3 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
The proposed Reconfiguration of a Lot and Mixed Use Development primarily involves:

    1. A 1 into 3 lot subdivision;

    2. A three storey hotel consisting of 32 units, undercover ground floor parking and vehicular
       manoeuvring areas;

    3. 20 detached residential dwellings;

    4. New internal roads providing access into the development via the existing shopping centre
       complex;

    5. Dedicated landscaping areas located throughout the proposed development area; and

    6. 5,275m2 of land dedicated to Council as reserve along the western portion of the site.
