81.    A site inspection was undertaken by ADAMS + SPARKES as part of the preparation of this Town Planning
       Report. Observations from this site inspection have been incorporated into the following sections of the
       report.

3.1    Location & Real Property Description
83.    The subject site is located at 215 David Low Way, Peregian Beach, which is located approximately 130
       metres to the Peregian Beach local centre and less than 300 metres to Peregian Beach, and is legally
       described as Lot 77 on SP231615 (see Figure 15 below).

3.2    Land Ownership
84.    The registered owner of Lot 77 on SP231615 is Thomco (No. 087) Pty Ltd (refer to Appendix 10–
       Certificate of Title). Consent of all land owners has been obtained to enable the lodgement of this
       application.
