1 Development of sustainability measures aligned with Council's Executive Manager The internal working group met on 24 August 2016 to consider draft Ontrack @
adopted Sustainability Principles indicators.
2 Implementation of Emission Reduction Policy Executive Manager Joint project undertaken with Beyond Zero Emissions to determine On track @
Council's emissions.A Zero Emissions Strategy has been developed for
Council's consideration with a report to be presented to Council in
October 2016.
3 Implementation of ICT Roadmap Director Corporate Services The transition of T1 systems into the new cloud is in progress. System On track @
performance planning being progressively rolled out for 16/17 plans.
4 Implementation of Workplace Health & Safety Action Plan Human Resources Manager The two year Workplace Health & Safety Plan has been broken down On track @
into detailed monthly action plans. All responsible staff have been
trained in their responsibilities and actions are all being completed under
the supervision of the Leadership Team.
5 Implementation of Asset Management Roadmap Asset Planning Coordinator Asset Management Roadmap endorsed by Council in September round Behind Schedule @
of meetings. Due to the delay in the Roadmap being developed,
approximately 3 months behind in our intended implementation
schedule.
