2.4 Stakeholder Details
During all construction phases, the project team will communicate to the Administrator the planned construction
activities and any impacts these activities may pose on the public / community; including changed traffic
conditions or disruption to services. The community and all mode user groups will be informed of changes via
a variety of means: Examples being letter box drops and or Variable Message Sign (VMS) and construction
signage
Key stakeholders include, but are not limited to:
▪ Noosa Council
▪ Local residents and businesses
▪ General public
Engagement with the community will be ongoing throughout the works and consultation with local stakeholders
will be conducted by Shadforth personel.
2.5 Working Hours
The normal hours of onsite work will be:
▪ Monday to Saturday 6:30am - 6:00pm - excluding public holidays
▪ No Work Sundays and Public Holidays
