Internal Consultation

The Waste Contract Project Control Group have guided the project throughout the course of the
tender preparation, the letting of tenders and the evaluation of the tenders submitted. The group
comprised:
 Director Community Services;
 Director Corporate Services;
 Procurement and Fleet Manager ;
 Manager Waste and Environmental Health;
 Waste Coordinator;
 Governance Advisor; and
 Procurement/ Contracts Advisor.

Given the significance of the Contract, other internal discussion has been strictly limited to avoid
any potential breach of confidentially and probity in the tendering and evaluation process.
