Specifically, the architectural design of the proposed duplex will complement existing building forms through the use of a low rise and low scale form, with a pitched roof that will contribute positively to the skyline. The proposed duplex is well articulated, enhanced by the use of a variety of lightweight building materials, which include timber, cladding, Colorbond and glass.
