 7. Sewer Reticulation

Figure 7.1 shows a sewer main beneath the proposed development site with property
connections to the existing development site as well as to neighbouring sites (Lots 3T16319
and 1RP73080). It is anticipated that this line will be abandoned and a new sewer line will be
installed to Unitywater and SEQwater standards, to service the existing properties plus the
proposed extensions to the RSL of Lot 10SP273411. Please refer to Drawing 16144-P003 of
Appendix B for details.

The new, proposed extensions will comply with the Council’s build over/near sewer
requirements.

Internal house drainage design for this proposed development will be by others.
