Dear Sir/Madam,

Contour Consulting Engineers (Contour) have been commissioned to prepare a concept civil
engineering plan in support of a Reconfiguration of Lot (RAL) application for a proposed 1 into 2
subdivision, at 108 Goodwin Street, Tewantin.

We understand that once the RAL approval has been issued that our Client will be lodging a separate
Operation Works (OPW) application for Council’s assessment.

Given there is no higher order approval in place prior to the completion of our Concept Civil design, we
have provided details of our proposed approach to the following key engineering matters:

      •   Driveways and Crossovers; and
      •   Stormwater Lawful Point of Discharge.



Engineering commentary on the above aspects of the civil design is provided below.


1         DRIVEWAYS AND CROSSOVERS
The existing driveway crossover will be retained to service proposed Lot 1.

A new crossover will be constructed to service proposed Lot 2. The location of the driveway will be
determined during detailed design. Street tree’s are to be retained along Goodwin Street, where
possible.

Refer Contour’s Concept design (2756-C01) for details regarding the location of the existing driveway,
attached within Appendix A.
