GENERAL COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 16 MAY 2022
All scope above is recoverable using the DRFA, except the QRA submission preparation.
The consultant has offered a capped fee of $100,000 to execute this work and it will be
costed based on the approved rate card and actual hours.
The contract is based on a schedule of rates methodology and only actual work and
authorised expenses will be invoiced. This is a typical contract methodology for works such
as these. The sites are still in identification phase and each site has varying treatment plans
of varying cost. This is supported by the DRFA process where QRA approve Council project
budget based on an estimated value (EV) and then require reporting monthly to track
variances through to the final acquittal stage in September 2024.
