The site is described in Table 1.

1. Generally rectangular in shape and contains an area of
1.8054ha.

2. Contains a single dwelling near the road frontage to Attunga
Heights.

3. Accessed from Attunga Heights Road, which is unformed
gravel near the point of entry. The existing garage is
located on the road frontage boundary.

4. Fronts Edgar Bennett Avenue along its western boundary.
This road is unformed and currently supports significant
vegetation immediately adjacent to the common boundary
and a concrete lit pedestrian pathway.
The pathway provides a link between Attunga Heights,
Edgar Bennett Avenue and Noosa Parade.
