            River.

            South:
            The street to the south is Doonella Street. Beyond the street is a cluster of residential properties of both low to high
            density. Further to the south is Lake Doonella.

            West:
            To the west is Memorial Ave. Memorial Ave is considered to be the main connection route to Noosa. Beyond
            Memorial Ave is the main business centre of Tewantin. There are a number of commercial businesses which are
            directly opposite Memorial Ave including Eagle Boys Pizza, Caltex, the Paperboy Café, Kiku and the Westpac
            Bank.
