4.5 STORMWATER QUALITY MODELLING RESULTS
The predicted MUSIC pollutant concentrations are provided in Table 16.
Table 16 MUSIC Model Results
Initial Pollutant Residual Pollutant Water Quality Reduction
Concentration Concentration Objectives Achieved
Total Suspended Solids (TSS) 965 kg/yr 165 kg/yr 80% 82.9%
Total Phosphorous (TP) 1.84 kg/yr 0.645 kg/yr 60% 64.9%
Total Nitrogen (TN) 11 kg/yr 6.05 kg/yr 45% 45%
Gross Pollutants (GP) 75.6 kg/yr 5.08 kg/yr 90% 93.3%
(Refer to Appendix C for MUSIC Model Output Details).
As shown in Table 16, MUSIC predicts that the proposed treatment train will meet the SEQ
Regional Plan Implementation Guideline No.7 for Water Sensitive Urban Design water quality
objectives for key pollutants including TSS, TP, TN and GP. Copies of the model outputs are also
attached in Appendix F.
