3. ENGINEERING COMPLIANCE


3.1 INFRASTRUCTURE CODES


 The performance criteria and code response for the development in relation
 to the Infrastructure Code has been provided in Appendix C


3.1.2 WATER AND SEWERAGE RETICULATION

 There is an existing reticulated water main located along Viewland Drive. A new
 32mm water meter is proposed to connect to existing water network at Viewland
 Drive to the new development. Appropriate sub metering will be installed at the
 street frontage of the development.

 A sewer property connection is not available to the site. It is proposed to run an
 extension to the gravity sewer in Viewland Drive to the site. Refer to the proposed
 sewer extension design drawings in Appendix D for detail. Approval will be sought
 from Unity Water for the proposal.



3.1.3 ELECTRICITY SERVICES

 There are existing electrical services along Viewland Road. The capacity of the
 existing electrical reticulation will be required to be confirmed by Energex.


3.2 STORMWATER DRAINAGE

3.3 SITE EARTHWORKS CODE


 The performance criteria and code response for the development in relation
 to the Infrastructure Code has been provided in Appendix C
