Included on Table 12 are the dimensions of the various waste containers proposed for
the development. Importantly, there is sufficient space within the nominated bin
storage areas to house the required number of bins.

4.4      DRAINAGE AND BIN WASH
A bin wash facility (i.e. hosecock) will be provided within all the waste storage areas.
It will be the responsibility of on-site management/employees to wash bins and to
maintain the amenity of the waste storage areas. The waste storage areas will be
graded to fall to a central drainage point which is to be connected to sewer in
accordance with trade waste requirements.
