This crest is at approximately RL10.25. The site falls to the west at approximately 2.5% grade to almost RL8.25 in the south-western corner. The site also falls to the east at approximately 18% to RL2.00 in the south-eastern corner. Under existing conditions rainfall sheet flows from the site’s crest into either the Noosa River or the adjacent residential property. 1.4 Proposed Development Preliminary drawings prepared by KHA Development Managers depict a proposed 11 lot residential sub- division and associated road.
