To this end, the proposed development is consistent with the overall outcomes nominated for this
locality.
4.5.5 Applicable Codes
The proposed development is subject to a number of applicable codes. Table 6.11 of Part 6 of the
Draft Scheme — Cooroy & Lake Macdonald Locality Plan sets out assessment categories and
relevant assessment criteria for the Cooroy & Lake Macdonald Locality for development other
than material change of use. Table 6.11 nominates the following codes as applicable to the lot
reconfiguration component of the site, including:
> Cooroy & Lake Macdonald Locality Code;
> Reconfiguring a Lot Code;
> Landscaping Code; and
> Engineering Works Codes.
As the material change of use component is assessable against the entire scheme, the following
codes appear most applicable to this aspect of the development:
> Cooroy & Lake Macdonald Locality Code;
> Earthworks Code;
> Erosion and Sediment Control Code;
> Landscaping Code; and
> Roads and Drainage Code.
As the new scheme has not yet been adopted, consideration has only been given to the matters of
primary importance and contained in the codes as part of this assessment.
