Bringing members together to network with each other, hear about Tourism Noosa’s projects and
learn about other member activity is a valued benefit of membership. Our monthly networking nights
which were held up until February when COVID-19 restrictions forced their cancellation, attracted a
growing number of members. Events included:
• A successful collaboration with the Cooroy
Chamber of Commerce and Country Noosa
producers
• Pre-networking night information sessions
including a marketing update and information
on the new website
• Opportunities for host members to provide
updates on their business
• Updates from members on special projects
including sustainability initiatives such as
beach clean-ups
• An opportunity to donate to Trees for Tourism
• Partnerships with events including the Noosa Festival of Surfing.
Events were held at venues around the shire including a collaboration with Visit Sunshine Coast
at Habitat Noosa, and the Christmas Party in conjunction with the Noosa Junction Association –
a plastic-free event.
