8.0 PLANNING SCHEME

Under The Noosa Plan, the proposed works are located outside of the Noosa Waters canal. The
proposal must therefore also address the relevant provisions of Table 14-64 of Division 21 –
Watercourses Works Code (8 June, 2018). An assessment of the applicable provisions of this Code
have been undertaken below.
