   The destination management plan will be “owned” by Council and be responsible for a broader
   vision rather than just attraction and marketing by defining the role of other service providers
   such as transport options, traffic management, customer experience, optimum visitor numbers
   and other service levels that enhance the overall experience of Noosa as a destination.
   The term “agency” is yet to be defined and will be part of the overall strategy development that
   provides options for the level of management that may be required going forward and the
   appetite of Council to control the outcomes.
