Waste Collection

Council require the submission of a Waste   An Operational Waste Management Plan has been
Management Plan.                            prepared by TTM and is included as Appendix M to
                                            this report. The Waste Management Plan provides the
                                            following:

                                            •   Refuse collection will occur on-site by Council
                                                from Hofmann Drive via front loading RCV’s;
                                            •   Collections will occur twice a week;
                                            •   Waste will be stored within 2 x 1100L bulk bins for
                                                each building within the basement refuse areas.
                                                Each refuse area will be provided with a bin wash
                                                down bay;
                                            •   Building Management will transfer bins from the
                                                basement of Building A and B to the ground floor
                                                of Building C for collection.
                                            Please refer to the Operational Waste Management
                                            Plan prepared by TTM and provided in Appendix M
                                            to this report for the full Management Plan.
