6.0 Planning Report

SITE LOACTION
The subject site is a slightly sloping corner allotment with dual street frontages totalling
55meters. The site is part of the Noosa Industrial Park which is centrally located amongst the
established industrial precinct of Noosaville (see figure 1). Situated 7 minutes drive from
Hastings street and less than 1 Kilometre from Noosa’s Shire business centre and shopping
centre.
Noosa Eumundi Road acts as a major feeder road in and out of the Noosa region from the
Bruce Highway and is the main spine road through the Noosaville industrial precinct.
Noosaville Industrial Park offers access to Eumundi Road from both Venture Drive and
Gateway Drive and will link road the two precincts together improving traffic flow and the
volume of passing traffic through the area.
