EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Not applicable.

RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Director Corporate Services to the Planning &
Organisation Committee Meeting dated 2 February 2016 providing an update on operations
of the Corporate Services Department for the period 1 October 2015 to 31 December 2015.


REPORT
The adopted organisation structure includes the following sections under the Corporate
Services Department:

                     Financial Services;
                     Revenue Services;
                     ICT (including Records);
                     Procurement & Fleet; and
                     Property & Facilities.

Corporate Services primarily provides internal support to the other Council Departments,
with the exception of the Property team that deals primarily with land and property
management issues.

The following table provides a brief summary regarding recent achievements, current
priorities and items on the agenda moving forward for the Corporate Services Department.
