Change the following conditions to reflect the amendments to the development.

9. Proposed change to condition 48
Approved Plans

The Landscaping Plans have been amended to reflect the required 0.5m garden along the
western boundary of the driveway and as a result the listed amendment can be deleted and the
detailed engineering plans included in the Table of approved plans.

The applicant seeks the Condition to be amended to read:

48.      Development undertaken in accordance with this approval must generally comply with
         the approved plans of development. The approved plans are listed in the following table
         unless otherwise amended by these conditions.
