3. STAFFING
The NLC was able to assist Noosa Community Support (NCS) in the months of November and
December by sharing a skilled staff member to help cover short-term NCS staff shortages. This
was a great opportunity for the staff member involved to further develop her skills in another
facility and also provided an opportunity for others to ‘step up’ in her absence.
