INFRASTRUCTURE & SERVICES COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 1 MARCH 2016
4. SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND OTHER MATTERS
A group fitness survey was conducted in December. Some immediate changes were made
to the program as a result of the feedback received, with further changes to occur over the
coming months.
As part of NLC’s annual maintenance program, re-coating of the NLC floor was conducted
while the Centre was closed over the Christmas period. The tiered seating also received its
annual maintenance check in January.
An inspection and associated preventative maintenance works occurred on the stadium
ceiling during December. No major issues were detected.
NLC birthday parties in the Kids’ Play Room have had a slower than expected start. As a
result an advertising campaign is underway to encourage interest from targeted groups.
