Risks & Opportunities
The current risk to the Capital Program is the resourcing of Design and Delivery staff. In
mitigating this risk, projects have been reviewed and where necessary, projects are re-profiled
and adjusted through the budget review process. In addition, the recruitment activities continue
for additional resources for delivery of the 2019/20 capital program.
