                     • Less than 10% plant failure and evidence of supplementary planting
                     • Mulch to a minimum depth of 50-100mm in revegetation areas
                     • No rubbish present


           Year Two
                     • Less than 5% weed and evidence of regular weed management
                     • Average tree height 1.8m with good health, vigour, and ground connection
                     • Less than 5% plant failure and evidence of supplementary planting
                     • Evidence of natural recruitment
                     • Mulch to a minimum depth of 100mm in revegetation area or adequate canopy cover to
                        suppress understorey weeds
                     • No rubbish present


           Year Three
                     • Less than 5% weed and evidence of regular weed management
                     • Average tree height 3m with good health, vigour, and ground connection
                     • Less than 5% plant failure and evidence of supplementary planting
                     • The ground surface must not display any area devoid of vegetation coverage greater than
                        1.0 m² (within any 10.0 m² sample)
                     • Adequate canopy cover to suppress understorey weeds without additional mulch (except for
                        mulching to vegetation edge areas)
                     • No rubbish present
