        Screen fences and landscaping significantly improve the opportunity to improve
        existing and potential light spill onto adjoining premises.


5.6     LANDSCAPE CONCEPT PLAN
        The landscape concept plan prepared by Saunders Havill Group indicates
        contemporary and complementing landscaping would be provided to enrich the
        natural and built environment. A range of species, forms and outdoor spaces would
        be incorporated.


5.7     WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN
        The waste management plan indicates waste produced by the proposal would be
        no more than what is produced by existing on-site activities. Waste would be stored
        in a 240L bin and be emptied three times per week, and recyclables would be stored
        in a 3000L storage container and be emptied when required by an external
        contractor. Small-scale waste bins would be provided throughout the site for
        customers and staff, and these would be emptied into the main 240L bin.
