Construction Pre-Commencement Meeting
A construction pre-commencement meeting is held by the project management team to discuss, identify and

risk to workers, client, pubic and other entities with suitable control measures. Shadforth Construction Manager
is responsible for instigating this meeting with the involvement of clients, relevant stake holders, and the public
sought. Minutes of this meeting are documented on Construction Pre-Commencement Meeting Form IMS-05-
38.
Project Meetings
Meetings are held between the project management team and the client to discuss the project progress. In
general, these meetings are held on a weekly basis. It is Shadforth Project Manager’s responsibility to involve
site staff in the meetings if required. Shadforth senior management endeavour to attend the meetings monthly.

to allow workers to choose who will represent them on OHS matters. The election of a WH&S representative
and the establishment of a WH&S committee will be undertaken in accordance with part 5 Division 3 of the
WH&S act 2011. Once established, a programme will be implemented to ensure regular meetings are
undertaken with the meeting minutes recorded on Project Safety Committee Meeting Form IMS-05-40 and
distributed to all workers as per section 10 of this plan.
Proper training of a WH&S representative and committee members will be provided at the expense of Shadforth.
WHS representatives will be included in communication and consultation activities as outlined in section 10 of
