         approval.

        That Main Beach West is the preferred location for cultural festival/food festival events.
        Further, that the conduct of cultural festival/food festival events be phased out on Main
         Beach East as of 2019.

    Committee Meeting dated 6 March 2018 and adopt the Noosa Main Beach Events Policy
    provided as Attachment 1 to the Report subject to the deletion of the first dot point under
    ‘Number of Events’ detailed on page 58 of the Services & Organisation Committee Agenda.

    That Council note the further report by the Development Planner to the General Committee
    Meeting dated 6 March 2018 regarding Application No. 131999.982622.5 to Change to
    Development Approval for extension to existing shopping centre and Application for
    Operational Works – Signage situated at 4-24 Gibson Rd Noosaville Qld 4566 and:
    A.   Agree to change conditions 14, 15, 26, 27, 29, as follows:
