Importantly, it is noted that in addition to statutory planning, the Noosa Shire Business Centre,
which includes the subject site, is subject to two separate infrastructure agreements. The
infrastructure agreements established suites of road works both to the arterial and local road
network that were to be delivered as part of the earlier Stage 1 development by the developer
of the site. It is understood that these works were previously delivered as contemplated within
the infrastructure agreements.

2.4        Public Transport
The proposed development has reasonably good access to public transport as there are
several public transport services operating within the vicinity of the site. The nearest public
transport facilities to the project site are shown in Figure 4.
