Figure 4 indicates that there are several bus stops located within proximity of the project site,
providing connectivity to the public transport network in the wider surrounding area. The routes
that service these bus stops are summarised in Table 3.

A 5,000m2 parcel of land to the immediate north of the Lot 3 project site is required, under the
historical approvals for the Noosa Business Centre, to be dedicated to Council for the delivery
of a public transport facility as soon as the subdivision works are complete. This is scheduled
to occur this year.
