The Project is expected to provide a total of 636 and 86 car parking spaces for Lot 3 and 7
respectively. Besides the parking spaces provided on the site, 28 parallel parking spaces are
proposed along the private circulation Main Street. This results in a total of 750 car parking
spaces, including 14 PWD spaces, for the proposed development.

3.3 Servicing
Two loading dock areas for servicing will be provided on Lot 3, one towards the northern
extents of the site, and another towards the southern development boundary. Swept path
assessments for both areas have been undertaken and demonstrates that access,
manoeuvring and loading can be accommodated within the site for the largest envisaged
service vehicles allowing for suitable clearances as specified in AS2890.2. The northern
loading dock has been designed to accommodate a Medium Rigid Vehicle (MRV). The
southern loading dock can accommodate 20m AVs associated with the major retail tenancy.
Lot 7 incorporates servicing facilities towards the northern extents which have been designed
to accommodate Medium Rigid Vehicles (MRV), as well as front-load Refuse Collection
Vehicles (RCV). Refer to Section 6 for further details.
