specified under Council’s DPC acceptable outcome when considering Lot 3 and Lot 7 bicycle
parking provision together. When reviewing Lot 7 in isolation however, it is evident there is a
shortfall of 18 spaces. The intent of the design is to provide all residential bicycle parking as
secure bicycle parking spaces within the basement of Lot 3, for residents on Lot 7 to also
utilise. These 62 spaces will be dispersed throughout the basement in proximity to residential
lobbies Further details regarding end of trip provision are provided within the subsequent
sections.
