2.0        Subject Site
2.1        Site Context
The proposed mixed-use development is located within the Noosa Business Centre, situated
to the south-east of the existing Noosa Civic Shopping Centre, on land broadly described as
28 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville, or defined as Lot 3 and Lot 7 according to the subdivision
plan (refer to the survey plan attached at Appendix B).
The site is bounded by an internal access road to the existing shopping centre to the north,
undeveloped land to the east and south, and Hofmann Drive and industrial uses to the west.
The location of the subject site in the context of the broader surrounds is shown on Figure 1
and local area on Figure 2.
