The need for formal approval was difficult to ascertain both from contractors’ advice and Council communication and correspondence. The landowner appreciates that the protection of infrastructure, environmental values and safety is required by Noosa Council and its Noosa Plan. A major component of the property is the environmental values it holds. It is therefore anticipated and evident that this change in landscape has improved the overall environmental values of the property including improvements to; drainage protection and capacity, erosion protection, overall water quality to the catchment, and flora and fauna values.
