5.6 Bicycle Parking
As per AUSTROADS, bicycle parking for the commercial components (shop rate)is to be provided at the
following rates:
Staff: 1 space / 300sq.m GFA.
Visitor: N/A (less than 500sq.m).
This corresponds to a bicycle parking requirement for 3 staff.
Bicycle parking is proposed at the Diamond Street frontage, with 6 spaces provided for use of staff or
visitors.
