An EOI process will allow Council to conduct an open and transparent process to identify suitable
uses for the site. It may also identify multiple groups able to activate the space at different times.
Further reports will be made to Council once EOI applications are received and assessed.
The market applicant has been formally advised of Council’s inability to deal with it exclusively
and the need for an open tender process. The applicant will be invited to submit an EOI when
applications open.

use of community land.
