20 October 2016. Work is underway to develop a detailed Action Plan.
3 Implementation of ICT Roadmap Director Corporate Services Cloud transition to occur Feb - March 2017. Eplan project commencing On track @
January 2017 (authoring of new Noosa Plan). Internal Technology One
mapping system development in progress.
4 Implementation of Workplace Health & Safety Action Plan Human Resources Manager The two year Workplace Health & Safety Plan has been broken down On track @
into detailed Monthly Action Plans. All responsible staff have been
trained in their responsibilities and actions are all being completed under
the supervision of the Leadership Team. The Monthly Action Plan and
associated Rectifications (RAPs) are visible on the intranet and
discussed at each Leadership Team meeting. 100% of actions have
been completed and verified. Workplace Health & Safety policies are in
place.
5 Implementation of Asset Management Roadmap Asset Planning Coordinator Asset Management Roadmap endorsed by Council on 15 September Behind Schedule @
2016. There has been an initial delay in recruitment of staff to assist with
the roadmap initiatives and it is anticipated that the roadmap will be on
track by the end of the third quarter.
