3.5 Implementation
Water quality objective targets have been demonstrated to be met by implementing
treatments through stormwater detention/filtration systems located near the northern
boundary of the site and gross pollutant traps to reduce nutrient loadings, suspended
solids and gross pollutants.
A possible treatment train for the site has been developed based on the preliminary
drawing no. SK-02 Rev P5 by Michael Carr Architects, which outlines the proposed
site layout as shown on Figure 3.1 below. Drawing no. 205-002-C10.01 (refer
Appendix A) depicts the stormwater layout plan.
