   Review leased vehicle contractual arrangements, identify gaps and put new arrangements in
    place.
   Ensure interim policy, procedures and continuity plans are developed for a range of services
    to be provided by council.
   Review waste contracts and negotiate new preferred arrangement
   Review tourism model, funding sources and levies
   Determine the most appropriate commercial structure for council’s caravan parks
   Determine most appropriate approach for commercial activity on public land. Permits issued
    by Sunshine Coast Council have been extended to 30 June 2014 to allow the new council to
    consider and develop a new policy.
