Please find attached a new Development Application for an NBN Co Fixed Wireless Facility (Infrastructures Use, Service & Utility (Type 3 –Tower) within road reserve at Davis Road, Cootharaba (provisional Lot 1 on SP277246).

The application is accompanied by:

·         Completed Development Application (IDAS) Forms;

·         Planning Report including the development plans and attachments;

·         Owners Consent;

·         A recent copy of title;


Payment for the sum of $25,311 will be made direct to the assessment manager via cheque.
