The site is located along the southern side of Cooroy Noosa Road that forms the western edge of
Noosa Outlook. The area is characterised by residential uses and parkland with the following uses
immediately surrounding the subject site:

To the north (opposite the site): Residential dwellings and Tewantin Golf Course

To the South: Residential dwellings and large rural residential lots
To the East: Residential dwellings and Park

To the West (opposite the site): | State Forest
