ACTIVITY SERVICE LEVEL TARGET
• Civil designs of existing capital projects.
• Civil design reviews:
• Review of traffic engineering aspects of
civil design proposal.
Reactive activities Issue Target days for completion
Heavy Vehicles: Assessment and approval 20 business days (target)
(including conditioning) or refusal of Freight
and Heavy Vehicle applications to utilise the
local Noosa road network.
(Statutory time limit of 28 days in accordance
with the National Heavy Vehicle Law)
Events: Review & comment on traffic No defined target as each event varies

Programs
Initiatives aimed at managing congestion and reducing demand for increased capacity on the road network and car
parking through provision of active transport and public transport facilities and their promotion.
Scheduled activities • Cycle Grant Program Annual preparation of funding grant
- On-going delivery of cycling infrastructure applications (December / January) that
in collaboration with TMR to create mode assist Council to achieve their
shift and reduce dependence on private overarching transport objects to manage
motor vehicle trips. congestion and reduce demand for
increased road capacity.
• Go Noosa - Free Holiday Bus Program Biannual services including:

- Evaluation and Reporting to Council: • Running from approx’ 6AM – 7PM

o Develop Travel Plan o Once off for each participating school.
o Review of Travel Plan o Annual review for each participating

each participating school)

Annual reporting as a minimum
